Donald Trump, Vince McMahon, and a possible takeover of TNA Wrestling?

Published by collin_beishir at 6:15 pm under Pro Wrestling Blogs Edit This

For those of you who watch wrestling on TV, Vince McMahon sold Monday Night RAW to Donald Trump, which in my opinion is a sign that not just Trump is potentially a major shareholder in WWE, but by bringing him into a storyline which Vince sells hos flagship show to Trump might possibly be another sign that Vince McMahon is setting his sights on taking over TNA Wrestling from Dixie CarterĀ and Jeff Jarrett. The combined money if Donald Trump and Vince McMahon could consume the entire TNA company and make it into a brand under the WWE banner. The addition of Mick Foley as “Executive Shareholder” in TNA could be just a mole for Vince to seize TNA and control the Pro Wrestling industry as a whole with the exception of Ring of Honor(ROH). Mick Foley looked frugal but had the money to invest in TNA, that kind of investment should have costed Mick in the hundreds of millions of dollars, if not a billion dollars and a Pro Wrestler of his caliber would have not made even $10 million even with the book sales he had while in WWE, but the actions seen on Impact! with Mick Foley’s actions have demonstrated a strain between him and Jeff Jarrett, which could be seen as a indicator that Mick is only in that position because he might have been given enough to take partnership of a potentially multibillion dollar company that is having the potential of rivaling WWE in almost every way. The McMahon/Trump affiliation on screen could spell conquest of TNA if the story pans out down the line…and the big sign of a hostile takeover would be the day Vince McMahon shows up on TNA Impact! Then that will be the day Vince conquers the Pro Wrestling world having WWE, WCW, ECW, and TNA under his banner.
